How Not to Teach

Napowrimo, Day 9. Went with my own flow today.

How Not to Teach

He held control,

In his hands.

He shaped the future,

For growing young minds.
He gave them insecurity,

A sense of doubt.

He sapped their confidence,

Leaving students without.
He undermined them,

At every turn.

He was suppose to help them,

Encourage them how to learn.
But the power he held,

Was just too great.

It corrupted his mind,

Made his ego inflate.
So his students,

Would fail,

But what he didn’t see,

Is that he had failed them.

Stopped them being,

Who they were meant to be.
